HOW TO USE:


First, measure your level of whiteness with the guide provided. As you can see, I am a level 6 approximately.


Then, wash the mouth tray, dry it and put 1/4th of the gel to the top, and 1/4th to the bottom of it, so you use half of the syringe for one application. You have the measurement guide on the syringe itself, it is so easy.

Put the tray into your mouth, making sure it adheres well.


Lastly, put the led lamp on top of the tray and turn it on. It will turn off itself after 10 minutes, with beep sounds.

When you're finished whitening your teeth, be sure you go over the bathroom sink and take all out, rinsing your mouth and the tray/lamp well (careful not to wet the white part of the lamp).

After 6 days of use, this is my result:


From a 6 to a 4! Really not bad!!
