Spring 2017 fashion has finally arrived
– and it’s all about neon.
The high street has been given a super
bright makeover, with an array of hot pinks, lively tangerines,
citrus yellows and vibrant violets taking over, and it’s just in
time for the sun coming out.
But for those amongst us who’re far
more comfortable wearing all black, it’s not exactly a welcome
development.
We all know that breaking out of our
sartorial comfort zones every now and then is the secret to
developing a more robust sense of style.
And yet, transforming from Wednesday
Adams chic to head-to-toe fluorescent hottie in one quick move won’t
be easy.
So for any LBD addicts who’re finding
this season’s neon trend a little hard to swallow, we’re running
through three simple and pain-free ways you can start incorporating
some color into your wardrobe. Take a look.
#1: a flash of fluorescent fashion
You’re not going to an 80s-themed
party so you don’t need to go neon with every single item of
clothing you’re wearing. The chic way to rock this trend is to keep
it simple and choose only one key shade to play around with.
And you don’t have to brave large
blocks of color, either. For a fashion-forward flash of fluorescent,

It’s got a hint of vibrant, citrus
yellow in its spring-friendly floral pattern but it’s by no means
overwhelming. Pair with nude heels, low-key makeup and glossy

for both the office and a night out with the girls, get creative with
some graphic and bright nail art.
