Fernweh and Fringe, a bohemian styled brand founded by
Janine Quinn - a talented creative artist as well as lawyer.
I like her personality being mixed between the free spirit and the functionality of the law, reflecting itself in the designs and give the completeness in her psyche and creations.
From the memories of her trip to Bohemia, she crafted bags and coin purses made with indian's hand loomed rugs.
The designs keep evolving with new travels. I like the geometrical patterns they use, they're so IN right now.
My favorite, the
Dérive Coin Carry showed above, comes in three designs, priced
$18.50.
Mine is
Flower, a cool colorful mix of blue, turquoise, yellow shades and bright pink geometric strips that form a stylized beautiful flower.
Oval shaped, this coin purse is made with rug material, leather trims and a zip closure with a leather pull. The quality of this accessory is very good, the sewings are strong enough to make it durable in time.
I love to carry this unique piece with me. The bright colors make me in a good mood, and I've received a lot of compliments when I pull it out of the bag, at the shops' cash desk.
The only thing I would improve is the zip width as, in my opinion, it is a bit small and it makes it difficult to pull the money out. You have to spill the coins on the table.
What do you think about it?
I found it adorable and original, perfect as a gift for a friend or for yourself.

I received the product for free but the opinions I share are 100% my
